We remodeled the kitchen and added new flooring, kitchen cabinets and countertop. We remodeled the bathroom to include cabinets for their laundry.

We demoed a kitchen wall and moved the garage door for more of an open feel. We added several lighting fixtures in the home. We installed new flooring and cabinets. We reconfigured the laundry room into a bedroom and created a small closet for stackable laundry machines. We remodeled their bathroom. We remodeled their basement.

We converted a garage into an ADU. This required Architectural drawing/Engineering that needs to be done and I worked on the design in order for the city to approve the ADU. We could only convert the garage into 650 sq of living space. We had to add a new sewer lateral and underground plumbing. We designed the space to include a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/living area.

We remodeled the kitchen/living room to be more modern. We installed new flooring.

We demoed a bedroom to create a large walk in closet and expanded two bedrooms. Updated light fixures and installed new flooring.

We converted their 1000 sq ft concrete room into a theatre room with built in speakers.

We finished the basement and added a large living space, large storage room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a standing shower. We worked with the client to lay out her space to ensure it was functional. We also added an electric fireplace in the living room.

We designed the space for the basement to be turned into a rental property. We added a laundry room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living space and study space.

We replaced the bathroom with new tiles, vanities and countertop. We also framed it for a custom wood door with a built-in mirror

We added 700 sq ft to the upper floor which included a bathroom and bedroom. We were able to make the existing bedrooms larger on the upper floor. We also added a mother-in-law apartment in the basement. We remodeled the entire interior and added a massive deck to the exterior.

We designed and built a custom fireplace built in in the living room. We designed and built custom cabinets and benches for the mudroom.

We remodeled the Master bathroom and bedroom. We also remodeled the main bathroom.

We added a gas fireplace by demoing the existing fireplace. We removed the old hvac and installed a new hvac to give more head space in the hallway and bedroom. We installed new LVP flooring, baseboards and trim. We also customized the fireplace with molding and a custom wood mantle. We remodeled the bathroom and added new tile, glass shower door, cabinets, and countertop. We painted the entire basement. We will be finishing the garage and will be installing custom metal cabinets. We replaced the exterior siding with new siding and the garage will be replaced with a new garage door.

We are converting the existing sunroom into a living space by closing off two windows, fixing the exterior to match the existing brickwork, raising the floor to be the same level as the existing living space, installing new flooring, a new patio door, new windows, electrical, adding an accent wall, and paint.

The addition will have a breezeway connected to the house, 2 car garages, and a living space on the upper floor to include a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, laundry, pantry, living room, and a balcony that faces the beautiful Utah mountains. This project was completed from the ground up in four months.

West Valley City basement renovation with a walkout basement

We renovated 3 condos in SLC. We replaced the flooring, paint, and remodeled the bathrooms.

We added wall panelling in the office, hallway and dining area, painted the walls, furniture design and tiled the fireplace.
